Celebrated my new year in this hotel with high hopes, but only two things I liked about it. the spacious rooms and secondly, the tasty food. Apart from that, the location of the hotel was not convenient, it was far from the city center and finding the hotel was a real challenge. the staff wasn't friendly, didn't care about our comfort, and the service was below average.

Worst place I have ever stayed in! the staff didn't even bother to wish us a happy new year, no fireworks or celebrations.

Had a great new year! Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and unlimited wifi. The hotel is located near the main attractions and public transportation. The room was comfortable and the staff was quite helpful.

But watch out, it's not easy to find it on GPS and the hotel is located on a narrow street. The cleanliness of the room left something to be desired, the drains were clogged and there was a strange smell throughout the hotel.

The location was perfect, with beautiful surroundings and a peaceful atmosphere. the room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel like a valued guest. the breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Plus, the hotel had great facilities, including a lovely lawn area where I enjoyed a delightful dinner. my experience at this hotel was truly exceptional.

One small downside was the difficulty in finding the hotel, as the address was not properly registered with cab services or Google maps.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely cooperative and helpful throughout our stay. The food at the hotel was excellent and we enjoyed every meal. Our room was located on the 1st floor and it was very spacious. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable. Despite the lack of WiFi on that floor, the hotel promptly accommodated our request and shifted us to the 3rd floor. Although the room was slightly smaller, it had a balcony which added to the overall experience. The staff's behavior was lovely and we felt like they were part of our family.
